Our TCM Culinary Series is done in partnership with Straight Bamboo Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic; Alex Tan, practitioner & educator at the Hutong, believes the true treasures of TCM lie in its greater focus on preventative health, wellness and lifestyle practices.
